  5. Bend your elbows and lower your chest towards the floor to come into a Chaturanga (four-limbed staff) pose.
  6. Push back up into the Upward Facing Dog pose, arching your back and lifting your head.
  7. Press into your palms and tuck your toes, lifting your hips and coming into a Downward Facing Dog pose.
  8. Step your right foot forward, followed by your left, to come back into the low plank position.
  9. Bend your elbows and lower your chest towards the floor to come into the Chaturanga pose.
  10. Push back up into the Upward Facing Dog pose, arching your back and lifting your head.
